These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between j5j5 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the j5j5 platform, including the website at j5j5.net, all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any other digital services operated by j5j5 (collectively, "the Platform").

j5j5 operates as a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform in the Philippines. By accessing the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with j5j5's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on j5j5, by clicking "I Agree" or an equivalent acknowledgment during onboarding, or by simply accessing and using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance constitutes a legally binding contract between you and j5j5. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and j5j5, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

j5j5 reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the j5j5 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Republic Act No. 9487 and applicable PAGCOR regulations governing minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any of the foregoing persons employed by j5j5 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently active on j5j5 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

j5j5 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by j5j5 will result in the suspension of the affected account and restriction of all withdrawal activity until compliance is achieved.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the j5j5 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and undertake to update it promptly if any detail changes.

One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. j5j5 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances will be forfeited, and the Player will be permanently banned from the Platform.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j5j5 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. j5j5 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all registered Players within the account security settings.

You agree to notify j5j5 immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. j5j5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. j5j5 reserves the right to treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless and until you have reported a compromise to j5j5 in writing.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on j5j5 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). j5j5 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed within the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your j5j5 account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. j5j5 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own service charges, for which j5j5 accepts no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the j5j5 account. j5j5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time for verified accounts are typically processed within one Philippine business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Anti-Money Laundering: j5j5 is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). j5j5 may request additional documentation to support the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal where required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the delay, suspension, or cancellation of the transaction and the suspension of the relevant account.

Bonuses & Promotions

j5j5 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All promotions are governed by this Agreement and by any additional specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the j5j5 Platform at the time the promotion is made available.

• Promotional offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds will be forfeited if the Player requests a withdrawal before the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• j5j5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued to a Player under an active promotion at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Systematic or abusive exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting for promotional gain, or arbitrage betting to fulfil wagering requirements, constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 6 and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

j5j5 reserves the right to request verification of a Player's identity, residential address, or payment method prior to crediting any bonus or processing any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j5j5 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and may be referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with j5j5.
• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement, whether with j5j5 or another PAGCOR-regulated operator.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of cooperative play designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract value from the Platform in bad faith.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Philippine law.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access restriction, or responsible gaming tool implemented by j5j5.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening j5j5 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with use of the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

j5j5 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, j5j5 is required to offer responsible gaming tools and to promote responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that appear after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend access to their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for an extended period may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the Player's account will be closed and all marketing communications will cease.
• Permanent Closure: Players who wish to close their account on a permanent basis may do so by contacting j5j5 support via live chat.

j5j5 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21. j5j5 is a member of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulated gaming ecosystem and supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the j5j5 Platform — including but not limited to the j5j5 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, user interface, graphics, text, images, game content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of j5j5 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

j5j5 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the Platform without the prior written consent of j5j5.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j5j5, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if j5j5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

j5j5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j5j5 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j5j5 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from unauthorised access. j5j5 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Suspension & Termination

j5j5 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to maintain the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• At the direction of PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination of your account, any legitimate real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements and any funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance review.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting j5j5 support via live chat. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to any compensation, refund of losses, or reversal of completed transactions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, provided that j5j5 shall first be given the opportunity to resolve the dispute through its internal complaints process.

To submit a formal complaint, Players should contact j5j5 support via live chat and request escalation to the Compliance team. j5j5 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 Philippine business days and provide a substantive response within 20 Philippine business days of acknowledgment. If you remain dissatisfied with j5j5's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

Amendments to This Agreement

j5j5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will always be accessible on the j5j5 Platform at j5j5.net/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes — defined as changes that materially affect Player rights or obligations — j5j5 will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent in-platform notification before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
